How far in advance should we book our wedding?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for popular wedding dates. Once your date and venue are confirmed, contact us to check availability.
Do you offer both wedding photography and cinematography?
Yes. AlphaScape Studios offers wedding photography, cinematography, and combined photo + cinema coverage based on your needs.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. We serve couples throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and beyond. Destination wedding coverage is also available.
Do you offer engagement sessions and pre-wedding coverage?
Yes. Engagement sessions and select pre-wedding events can be incorporated into your wedding experience based on your selected coverage.
What is your wedding photography and cinema style?
Our approach blends intentional direction with natural, story-driven imagery. We provide guidance when needed while allowing genuine emotion and meaningful moments to unfold naturally.
When will we receive our photos or wedding film?
Delivery timelines vary depending on your selected coverage and deliverables. Your expected turnaround time will be clearly outlined before booking.
Is a deposit required to reserve our wedding date?
Yes. A 50% deposit and signed agreement are required to officially reserve your wedding date. Remaining payment terms will be outlined in your agreement.
Can we hire another photographer or videographer
Yes, but any outside photography or videography professionals must be disclosed to AlphaScape Studios in advance. This allows us to coordinate coverage, avoid conflicts, and provide a seamless experience.
Are vendor meals required?
For coverage lasting 6 hours or more, a vendor meal is required for each AlphaScape Studios photographer and/or videographer working the wedding.
Will Nate personally photograph or film our wedding?
Nate may personally cover your wedding, but his presence is not guaranteed with every booking. Depending on availability and your selected coverage, a trusted AlphaScape Studios photographer or videographer may be assigned. Your coverage team will be communicated with you in advance.
What happens if our wedding runs behind schedule?
Coverage is based on the contracted start and end times. While we’ll do our best to adapt to reasonable timeline changes, coverage does not automatically extend if the wedding runs late. Additional time may be available upon request, subject to team availability and additional fees.
