What types of private events do you cover?
We cover birthdays, Sweet 16s, anniversaries, baby showers, family celebrations, milestone events, and other private gatherings.
Do you offer both photography and video?
Yes. You can choose photography, cinematic video coverage, or coordinated photo + cinema coverage.
What areas do you serve?
AlphaScape Studios provides private event photography and cinematography throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and beyond.
Do you provide formal and family portraits?
Yes. Formal portraits, family photographs, group photos, and candid moments can all be incorporated into your coverage.
How much coverage will I need?
This depends on your event schedule, guest count, and the moments you want documented. We can recommend appropriate coverage after learning more about your event.
Is a deposit required to reserve my event date?
Yes. A 50% deposit and signed agreement are required to secure your event date. Remaining payment terms will be outlined in your agreement.
Can other photographers or videographers be present?
Yes, but any outside photography or videography professionals should be disclosed to AlphaScape Studios in advance so coverage can be properly coordinated.
Are vendor meals required?
For coverage lasting 6 hours or more, a vendor meal is required for each AlphaScape Studios photographer and/or videographer working the event.
Will Nate personally cover my event?
Nate may personally cover your event, but his presence is not guaranteed with every booking.
Depending on availability and your selected coverage, a trusted AlphaScape Studios photographer or videographer may be assigned. Your coverage team will be communicated with you in advance.
What happens if my event runs late or I need additional coverage?
Coverage is based on the contracted start and end times. Additional coverage may be available upon request, subject to team availability and additional fees. Additional time is not guaranteed, so we recommend planning your coverage around the moments most important to you.
